Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent. The deposit is refundable at the end of the lease as long as there is no outstanding balance, the unit is in rentable condition and Bee Safe Storage LLC has received a proper 10 day notice to vacate.

Does Bee Safe Storage LLC provide insurance for my items?

No. The lessee is required to provide their own insurance.

What is the minimal rental period?

The minimal rental period is one month.

What are the rates?

Rates vary by unit. Call (920) 680-8038 for rates and availability.

When can I access my unit?

Units are accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

What do I need to do when I move out?

Provide Bee Safe Storage LLC with a 10 day notification via letter or phone call; leave the unit empty, unlocked and broom swept by the last day of rental agreement.

Is there electricity available in the units?

Electricity is available in some units for an extra charge. Electricity is to be used when visiting your unit only.

Do you provide monthly statements?

No. Monthly statements are not sent out.

When is rental payment due?

Due date is stated on your contract. A late fee will be enforced if payment is not received (not postmarked) by 7 days after the due date.

How can payments be made?

Payments can be mailed or dropped off at the billing/office address.
